I co-founded a video game with three colleagues, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to transfer ownership. My role during EvoVerses was to lead a team of approximately 25 artists, who were freelancers from around the world. I provided them with feedback, refined materials, topology, and rigging, and ensured seamless integration into UE5 by fixing any issues that arose. In addition to overseeing the artistic team, I personally 3D modeled two characters. Beyond my leadership responsibilities, I also contributed by designing and modeling various props and environments for the upcoming story mode of the game, which unfortunately wasn't released.
This project was incredibly fulfilling for me. I dedicated months to it, often sacrificing sleep to meet our tight deadlines. Despite the challenges, I found immense satisfaction in contributing to the game's development and pushing my creative boundaries.
